Study Tips

  1. Browser Recommendation: For the smoothest voice and speech recognition experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on desktop and mobile.
  2. Open the Assistant: Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (or use the embedded study panel).
  3. Enter Your Passcode: Input the unique access code provided for your class session. You have 3 attempts to enter your passcode before your session locks for security tracking.
  4. Enable Your Microphone: When prompted, click Allow so the assistant can hear your speaking responses. In Chrome, tap the microphone icon inside the text input bar to start speaking.
  5. Enable Audio Playback: Click the speaker icon in the top header bar of the assistant widget to ensure patient and examiner audio plays out loud[cite: 5, 6].
  6. Flagging Incorrect Responses: If the assistant gives an off-topic or hallucinated response during a scenario, simply type "Review" in the chat bar. This instantly flags the turn for staff review and resets the assistant's context to get your role-play back on track.
  7. Begin Your Session: Once verified, your course materials and practice modules will load automatically.
